RETURNS POLICY
Benjamin Earl is committed to providing its customers with the highest quality product and service. We have rigorously tested our shorts, which was easy because we like wearing them, to be satisfied that they will make it through many summers. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with our product, simply return it within 14 days of receipt and we will either replace your goods or refund the purchase price entirely.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original and unworn condition. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach the Benjamin Earl Warehouse. We recommend you use a postal service that registers your mail.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.
Our team inspect every delivery to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However, if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to send an email to info@benjaminearl.com.au to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund.
